In the Cortijo cottage there is an oil mill is preserved as it was a century ago, when milled with the strength of a horse and “Verdial” olive of the region producing the best oil, “oil sherry”.

Oil out of the olive trees, rich in all vitamins and basic in our Mediterranean diet, Olive trees that come from the wild olive trees ancient Arabs were already born.

This typical Andalusian Mill has been adapted in the service of our cottages, to lunches, dinners, make larger gatherings with friends, family and play with the children teaching them the workings of an old oil olive mill. A privilege!
